FOUNDED ON REAL EXPERIENCE
Simona Tiglar
EQUA Estates was founded by Simona Tiglar, a real estate professional whose experience in the property industry dates back to 2008.
Over the years, Simona has worked closely with property owners, buyers, tenants, investors and international families relocating to the Costa del Sol. Her background extends beyond property sales into long-term rentals, holiday rentals and hands-on property management.
Having managed homes as well as marketed them, she understands what happens after a property is purchased: how it performs in real life, what it costs to maintain, what tenants and guests value, and which details can influence its rental potential and long-term appeal.
Simona also knows the Costa del Sol not only as a real estate professional, but as someone who has built her own life, business and family here. This personal experience gives her a genuine understanding of the questions international clients face when deciding where to live, invest or establish a second home in Spain.
